Joseph - Live At The El Rey
The design for the vinyl jacket utilizes multiple photographs of the group’s performance of the evening to convey the energy and atmosphere of their music in a live capacity. The photos are arranged in a seamless, collage like manner which speaks to the nature of both the familial relationship they have to each other as well as within their music. The typography on the jacket represents the intensity heard lyrically and sonically in the band’s songs. The transparency of the type serves as the reference to the vulnerability that is present in the lyrics of the group's songs.
